CANCELING AN ORDER
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order any time before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping. (Note we ship very fast usually within a day so you will have to do this very quickly after ordering)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Damaged or defective products may be returned to Lotus Lyfe Organix after
contacting Kim@LotusLyfeOrganix.com Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product to receive a credit for your item.

I PUT MY OLD ADDRESS IN AND NOT MY NEW ONE: WRONG
ADDRESS
We can only ship to the address you have on file. Please make sure your address is
correct because once the order has been entered, we are unable to re-route the order to a different address. We suggest you carefully input your address information as to prevent address errors.
THE TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I
DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT IF I HAVE A LOST OR
STOLEN PACKAGE?
Once an order has shipped, Lotus Lyfe Organix is not responsible for lost or stolen
packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please
contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking
number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the
receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility.
If the carrier is unable to assist with finding the package, please contact us
at Kim@LotusLyfeOrganix.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we can assist you further.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping Time (i.e. 2- or 3-Day Shipping) applies after order has left our warehouse.
Unfortunately, since we are not the shipping company, we are unable to offer refunds when a product has been accepted by the shipping company.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff has authorized the return. You can contact us if you have any questions at Kim@LotusLyfeOrganix.com in
regard to returning an item. Any orders returned to our facilities without receiving
authorization first will not receive a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for the returned shipment. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Our shipping costs are subject to change.

Our pricing and discounts are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the
company.

Our Policy is Non-Negotiable and Binding to you and your order once your order has been placed. Please be sure to read it thoroughly before making your order.
Unfortunately, in fairness we are unable to make ANY exceptions.
Lotus Lyfe Organix reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as
necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or
governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or
materials, in whole or in part, in Lotus Lyfe Organix sole discretion.
